Caroline Steffen (above), lead the run early on but would settle for 5th woman in 9hr 7min 32sec. She had the 2nd fastest women's bike split of the day in 4hr 50min 26sec.

Fastest women's bike split of this event went to Switzerland's Karin Thuerig in 4hr 44min 20sec. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leanda Cave (above) took 3rd place in 9hr 3min 29sec.
